Nisutlin Bay Bridge Replacement
Location: Teslin, YT
Scope of Work: Subcontracted by Graham Construction to support bridge construction activities, including pile splicing, trestle bridge assembly, and miscellaneous fabrication of structural elements. We were also responsible for the loading, unloading, and minor rework of 52 steel girders—each weighing 30 tons and spanning 130 feet. All girders were handled in a staging yard in Whitehorse using a 250-ton crane, rig mats, and a custom temporary stabilization system. To safely manage the lifts, we also designed and fabricated a project-specific spreader bar suited to the girder geometry and site constraints.
